Return Policy


I completely understand that sometimes you will get something that just doesn’t work out so I’m happy to give you 30 days to decide. I’ll need the unused item back in the same condition I sent it to you in along with the original packaging. I do not refund shipping fees.

To complete your return, send me an email with your invoice number and reason for the return.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to let you know the action I’m taking. If a credit is issued to your original payment method, that sometimes takes a few days to process so please be patient. I can assure you I do not drag my feet on refunds. I can normally process a refund within 7 business days.  

Unfortunately, If your product has been personalized or customized in any way I will not issue a refund.

Items lost in the mail
Once and item has a tracking number assigned to it and has been mailed out, it is no longer my responsibility. I ship all leather goods Priority mail so that insurance covers any lost package, but it is up to you as the customer to handle that situation with USPS or whatever shipping service you select. Unfortunately, all I can do is provide a tracking number.


I currently do not offer exchanges as most of my inventory is made to order.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
